This weekend marks the beginning of the 13th season for the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour as the program hosts the 2022 SKUSA WinterNationals at the NOLA Motorsports Park. The March 31-April 3 event at the Avondale, Louisiana facility is the fifth edition of the WinterNats, welcoming its largest entry total in the nine categories competing. The 15th season for Challenge of the Americas closed out over the March 25-27 weekend at the Sonoma Raceway. The 2022 series finale hosted Rounds Five and Six at the Sonoma, California facility, crowning this year’s champions with tickets to the ROK Cup Superfinal and ROK Vegas events on the line. What better way for eKartingNews to introduce you to the industry and those competing in the sport then to go straight to them for a sit-down discussion. That is the goal of the 'EKN Tent Talk', the newest component of the EKN Trackside coverage program. EKN sets up shop with one of the teams in the paddock and welcomes guests under the tent.
Episode Four of the EKN Tent Talk ventured into the home of Ron White Racing, the west coast CRG Nordam dealer and race team during the finale weekend for Challenge of the Americas. The final two rounds of the 2022 championship were held at the Sonoma Raceway, the unofficial home of RWR. EKN’s Rob Howden and David Cole sat down with owner and racer Ron White, including Masters driver Kevin Woods and Senior pilot Ryan Martin.

eKartingNews has launched a new program for social media and the EKN Radio Network - Face2Face. The show is broadcasted live over Facebook and YouTube, with the audio version making its way to the only 24 hour / 7 days a week radio station.
A history making opening event for the United States Pro Kart Series began the 2022 season. The Southern Grand Prix visited the Orlando Kart Center for the first time over the March 4-6 weekend, welcoming 323 entries over the seven IAME categories. Rob Howden and David Cole went further in depth on the weekend with series owner Mark Coats and operations manager Tim Koyen joining for a new episode of Face2Face. To close out Episode 51, KA100 Senior winners Brandon Lemke and Alex Stanfield discuss their weekends in Orlando, Florida.

A record setting 323 entries over the seven IAME categories took to the Orlando, Florida facility for the opening two rounds of competition in the 2022 championship program.
