The second half of the 2026 United States Pro Kart Series begins this weekend with the running of the Ohio Grand Prix from the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati. The Batavia, Ohio facility will welcome karters over the August 7-9 weekend to compete in the eight race groups over the three days, completing the third round of the season championship. The 17th season of the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour will come to a close over the July 24-26 weekend with the annual SKUSA SummerNationals returning to the New Castle Motorsports Park. The 12th time the New Castle, Indiana facility will host the event, with over 200 entries set to battle in the final laps of the championship chase for the eight categories competing. Episode 13 of the EKN Hot Seat brings one of the veteran drivers in shifterkart racing here in the United States. GFC Karting driver Kyle Wick recently made his international debut at the FIA Karting European Championship in preparation for the upcoming FIA Karting KZ2 World Cup in September.
